i have a milano capsule, it came with my pram and clips onto it which i find really handy.

It is kinda heavy tho and my arm gets sore real quick even tho Oliver isn't a very big baby.

Also check that it will fit in your car tho as the seatbelt in one of our vehicles won't go around it.

other than that i find it pretty good.

We have a milano as well - i find it heavy, weights about 4 kgs (found that out when we checked it in for our flight the other day). We have the base that goes in the car, which we think is very handy, we have 2 of the bases - one in my car and one is DPs. Saves a lot of time instead mucking round with seat belts in the rain!

I'm another one that used a milano when my girl was small enough - I found it good, it's no heavier than an evenflo capsule (I had one of those to use as well, but prefered my milano). Any capsule or carseat uses most or all of the seatbelt in most cars (especially japanese cars). Keep in mind the capsule is used short term (generally around 6 months) and a carseat will be used for around 3 years, so if you're on a budget you can also look into using a convertable carseat from birth.
