Hi,

About to sound super dumb - but when is it?

also I really don't remember last time round, probably as DS was much younger we just put him to bed later and he got up later.

How do you help a toddler to adjust, otherwise it'll be a 5.30 start for us

This weekend I think - the first Sunday in April? We go back an hour.

Sleep Store had good info on how to adjust your baby/toddler to/from daylight savings:

Finishes Sunday, clocks go back an hour. - we get an extra hours sleep - its not so hard adjusting to it going back.

Given how dark its been the last few mornings, I suspect it won't make much of noticible difference.

we have never done anything special for Ella in regards to daylight savings. Normally means that she wakes up early the first morning, but after that is fine.
