So I have recently discovered that if I add two boasters to my sons itti bittis that he can wear them all night with the occasional leak.
I am thinking of buying some bitti boos for night as I am hoping they decrease the leaking even further but what should I cover them with? I was thinking maybe a soaker or will that not work? Also if you have any other suggestions for a night nappy I'm keen to hear as our ecobubs are just not cutting it anymore. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I know Karyn recommends Thirsties for over bitti boos too.
Personally I use nothing but wool over a fitted night nappy. Soakers in summer (or specifically I have some DesignerBums merino covers, but I'd happily try a Staccinator or one of those Jako Nappies ones) but in winter we use woollen longies as pyjama pants. Can't go wrong and never ever had a leak even when we had a completely sopping nappy once. -------------

| We always just used an empty pocket nappy as a cover and its the best way we found to cover night naps. Then if you are worried about leaks you can put in a small insert to soak up anything extra. |

They work better when they're lanolised, but they still work well if they're not. I've got some spray lanolin (heaps of online places sell the Sudz n Dudz stuff) which is super easy to use (and smells yummy) so it's not a big deal to do. -------------

If they are lanolised do you have to wash them seperately to the nappies to avoid the nappies getting a build up from the soakers? It is so annoying having to turn round and spend more on nappies. THought I finally had it all sorted but then the leaking started at night. argh. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

I wash my woollens separately to everything anyway. Wool is naturally odour-repelling so unless they get poo on them (and JJ never poos at night) you don't need to wash them for a week or two, just air them during the day 
I assume you've tried adding an extra insert or two to the ecobubs first? Or have you reached the point where extra boosters mean they don't fit right around the legs any more? You could just try putting some longies over the top of giganta-bum boosted ecobubs to stop any leaks, means you might not need to go buying new nappies... -------------

yes might try putting a soaker over them. I can't get any more boast in them and the boast is what is probably causing the leak as they gap round the leg.
