Tell me this will pass. She's feeding 2.5 hourly throught the day and the night. I need some sleep. I can't understand why she can't go longer. She was for a bit and now she's dropped back we've been like this for about a week now. So surely I can't put it down to a growth spurt. Our feeds have alwasy been 10 mins one side 10 mins the other. Or 10 mins one side and then she'll kick and scream and not want the second. I have loads of milk and she a good efficient sucker and I know she's drinking cause she's putting on almost 400grams each week and sleeping fine aswell.

Hi Sarah
Hugs! All I can say is she can possibly be that hungry....it will get better
My DS was still feeding that often at that age - even now he still feeds maximum of 3 hourly during the day - only difference is that the nights have stretched to the point where we go anywhere from 6 to 10 hours for the first stretch and then another 3 to 5 hours for the second.

Lily was feeding 2 hourly at that age - during the day and at night, she still does some days and she's almost 2 months. But she does have her 'better' days where she'll wait 4 hours between feeds over night. But not often.

Kaze would feed 2 hourly for an hour at a time, he went down to 30mins at 6 weeks and got to about 3 hourly. By 3 months he was sleeping a 6 hour then 4 hour stretch at night.
He is now feeding 2-3 hourly both day and night, so it definitely pays just to go with the flow as just when you think they have it sorted they can change it up on you! I am hoping he will be back to sleeping at night soon!

At that age Teyla was feeding at least every 2 hours around the clock and it took upwards of 30 minutes each time.... it got much better between 6 and 8 weeks. She now wakes once at night after 6 hours or so and feeds for 10-15 minutes and then back down straight away for another 5 hours or so. She still feeds every 2 hours or so during the day .. .
