I'm creating a pamper package for one of my good friends for her baby shower. I can't attend the baby shower because she's having it at a screwed up time but I thought I'd get her something anyway. I went shopping at the body shop and got her some goodies...

- a bath lily
- an exfoliating skin towel
- mango body butter
- mango body lotion
- mango bath and shower gel
- mango soap

I've tried to make a mango theme because it all smelt soo good! but the thing is I wanna put a few other goodies in there for her.

Any ideas?

I've had a look around on trade me and haven't really come across anything.

What about a manicure kit? The travel sized ones usually aren't too expensive. Then you could pop in a couple of bottles (or maybe just one) of nail polish as well.

oooh, that's a good idea Jess!

What about a voucher for a book or a nice magazine?    I know that putting my feet up to read is a real luxury and definitely classed as pampering in my house... or a nice coffee or tea???

I second the tea, maybe a nice luxurious chai tea or hot chocolate, and I like the idea of putting it all together in a basket with little chocolates as decoration. I also second the foot gel, have used this myself too and it's wonderful ! Then maybe the manicure kit (if you decided to put one in) could double as a pedicure kit.

Hmmm me likes these ideas!!! hehe

I've put them all in this VERY cute bag with lots of that tissue paper in it. It looks really cool so far. I'll go on a hunt at lunch time to find some chocolates I can put in there too (must say I hadn't thought of that even though I'm totally addicted to chocolate hehe).

I also like the foot cream stuff too, might have to go back to the body shop hehe and might get her some mini bottles of nail polish..

I'm glad the bag is big enough to hold all this stuff! lol

A couple of packs of chocolate eclair lollies from the supermarket work well in things like this... they are all individually wrapped so they don't make a mess in the bag, and are the sort of treat that people don't generally buy all the time (without being too expensive)!

hehehe I got her some lollipops in the bag, reason I got these is that I remember going to her house and finding the wrappers scattered everywhere around her place cause she was sucking on them all the time

What about a voucher for a massage or a facial or something like that??? I think the items that you have purchased already are really nice - I think your friend will really appreciate it
