So ive got one in the oven, but im just wondering what icing I would put on it? Or if I even would?? -------------

I make a fejoa cake using the Edmonds cook book banana cake recipe- just replacing the bananas with Fejoas, and I ice it with cream cheese icing, so yum!
I also do the same recipe but put it into muffin tins then freeze the cooked muffins in a zip lock bag to take out for lunches as needed. |
