Bugger it all!!!!
So we sell the house and now we are worse off! SUCKS big time. I am so annoyed and upset at the moment about this whole thing! Oh and to top it off the MIL says the other day "about time you found a nicer place!" we have to by out by 7 may - we cant find a house to buy - i have exhausted all posibilities in pukekohe, papatoetoe and we ruled out papakura altogether. this means we have to rent. renting will be more than our mortgage payments were, we have to pay the bank to pay off the mortgage earlier - cutting into my pressure house funds. and i cant find a nice house for the piddly amount of money we have anyway!
