Anyone here returned their P&T? Just wondering what your experience was dealing with them. I am fed up with our Dash and have just emailed them regarding this. It's been a PITA since day one and despite being patient with it I am now sick of it and looking for a new push chair. It is impossible to steer and has been from the start. The wheel locks sideways and does not swivel. It got a little better and then   after locking the wheel to go jogging this week it's now worse than ever and today tipped over!!

I have had no problems what so ever! I am on my 3rd Dash, the first one the collapse mechanism broke so it wouldnt click in when you unfolded it and I rang the store I bought it from and they gave me a loaner until the new P&T stock came in and P&T replaced the frame.

The second frame I had the opposite problem LOL The red button to release the pram to fold jammed and I couldnt get it down. Again I called the store, got a loaner until the new stock came in and got a whole new buggy (which I is still in the box as I have not got around to putting it together).

I have had excellent service from both P&T and the store I bought it from. Are they refusing to repair it????

My friend had the same front wheel issue with her Vibe and P&T repaired it but the repair didnt work so the replaced the whole buggy.

That issue with the Dash in a common one, it was an issue with the first lot made and I am pretty sure P&T are replacing them....

Bummer you have had such a bad time with it.

Oh the guy I bought ours off said if the front wheel sticks to take it out and put some vaseline on the shaft and then put the wheel back in.... Not sure if you have tried that already?

Thanks Melnel. The phone literally rang as I posted this. The woman was lovely and is sending me a new washer and has said to let them know if that doesn't work and they will go with plan B. We have tried Vaseline and some other stuff and it didn't work. I had a good chat with the guy at the place we bought it from and he was really helpful, he actually had a look at the P&C show for me.

Can you steer yours with one hand? I can't and it drives me nuts when Im trying to multy task!! I literally have to shove mine.

I feel a bit dumb because she told me these weren't designed for jogging. I had no idea!!

You could so jog with mine... I have been able to steer one handed with all three of mine! I dont jog, but its a 3 wheeler for goodness sake! Silly women, what where they designed for then???? Is it slipping back into a locked position??? Odd!

Just put together my new one and its a keeper, the first 2 the handle was really stiff putting the brake on and taking it off again and the neither felt smooth when engaging the fold release but this new one is awesome!!!

P&T if nothing else are GREAT with their faulty products!!!

I remember when I bought my Sport seeing that they aren't designed for jogging. The jogging buggies I've seen look quite different... maybe a longer handle so you don't catch the back of the buggy with your feet??

There is a story that a woman gave her newborn baby shaken baby syndrome from jogging with a 3 wheeler pushchair. Only the specialized really large wheel ones are ok for jogging. Normal 3 wheel pushchairs are not for jogging.

Far out how interesting, I thought that was why lots of people got 3 wheelers (not me I am not good at jogging on my own...)
