We use the ecostore cream - just from the supermarket - seems to work fine even with Amelia's eczema. The couple of times she has got a rash - I just sprinkle some cornflour during nappy off time and it works wonders. ------------- http://lilypie.com">

A vote for Weleda Nappy Change Cream here too, fantastic stuff for sensitive botty's and their Calendular lotion for general moisterising. -------------

you can get aqueous cream prescribed from the doctor. $3 for 2 huge tubs and it can be used as a soap substitute and a moisturiser (and shaving cream for mum)
