congrats! Lol we recently sold so are renting, But have just paid a deposit for another section to build. I must say i do like the feeling of having money in the bank, am not looking forward to being poor again but cant wait to build my new house. | Thanks everyone. It went unconditional today, only thing we have to do is open a bank account with ASB (who we got the mortgage thru) and then everything is go and we get the mortgage papers.. yay...;only 1 month til we move too. Yucky part is we have to tell our landlord and we are on a fixed term lease til November so that is going to be very interesting to see what he has to say but I am sure there won't be any probs as the area we live in is a sought after place to live for rentals..not enough places. |
