I've just done a search on here to answer my own question on whether to get hemo or bamboo inserts. Seems hemp is better as it dries faster and (hopefully) more absorbant. Where can I get already made inserts from. I've looked at TM theres quite a range on there some with huge postage prices. Can someone help me. maybe $10 $11 per insert.

What I do when making inserts is a zigzag stitch around the layers, leaving a small hole, then turn it inside out and straight stitch around the outside, closing up the hole. Takes a wee bit longer but you don't get any fraying that way :) I do trifolds as it's easier to sew two layers together than 6 lol

Fliss is right, making your own is cheapest... but if you want ready made ones, http://www.scamps.co.nz/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=6_7&products_id=32 - Scamps has some 3 layer Nudey!Rudey! ones for $9 each, or there are some double layer trifold FancyPantz ones at http://www.bumbles.co.nz/products/Regular-Hempsters.html - Bumbles for $11 (you'd get longer out of those cos that's 6 layers when folded up, and they'd dry faster).

When I make mine I just zigzag and leave the edges to frey. I got fleece and have had hardly any freying so far. In fact the last lot I was lazy and just straight stitched!
