Ok dont know if ive spelt that right (sorry) but what are the symptoms? I had an IUD put in 5weeks or so ago. And i have very intense pain in the center of my stomach (but its not stomach pain). It feels like someone has punched me and it hurts worse when i walk or bend over. Doesn't hurt too bad if i am lying down. I have had this since last night. But it hasnt been too bad today although i havent done much, just flared up when i took the kids out for a walk. If there are any other ideas as to what it would be that would be appreciated too.
Pretty much just want to know if i need to be seeing a dr asap (if its like an eptopic) or if im sweet to just see if it goes away.
Thanks

Have you tried healthline? They can probably guide you through questions to see if you need to get to a doc asap or not.

My ectopic was intense pain just a teeny bit off centre. It was on and off but when it was there it was awful. Doc thought I was just having a normal miscarriage (idiot). But I'm not allowed to have IUD's because they do increase the chances of ectopic pregnancies.

do you feel nauseated?
has the pain relocated to be on your right side?
Press on the painfuk point. is it okay, until you release?
if so - A & E. these were my symptoms and i had an emergency appendectomy four weeks ago.

Well i rung healthline and the nurse said unless the pain is completely constant and unberable not to worry about it. I guess il try get an early night and if its still bad in the morning il book to see the dr. Of course if it gets worse i will go to a & e. She didn't think it was related to the iud.
Thanks for the help ladies.
