Would like to know what you ladies think about this.
My wee man goes down to bed around 9pm then sleeps for 5-9 hours do you think i should wake him up at about 11-12pm to give him another feed to see if he will sleep though the night? of just leave him?

Maya used to go down at 7pm then I would wake her a 10-ish for a feed which got her sleeping thru till about 7 the next morning.
I guess it depends which suits you better - staying up later to give him a last feed and getting a bit of a sleep in, or going to bed earlier and getting up earlier when he wakes. I'm a night owl, so I was all for anything that would get her sleeping longer in the morning lol.

If thats when you go to bed you could try it. I remember my plunket nurse telling me to give him another feed when i went to bed but i never did. For the last feed of the day i used to add in another feed at the end of awake time so he knew it was long sleep time. In saying this Jack still doesn't sleep through so maybe i should of tried it lol.

I agree with what Emma said, depends on wether you would rather be up later or earlier. We give Addison her last feed at 10pm but thats the routine we have chosen. If you are happy with the times Jake is sleeping then dont fix what aint broke as they say!

I would probably wake him if not for no other reason than to keep up your supply for growth spurts.. (assuming you are feeding him?) As he is still very young!!
