Every kid I have ever given this to has gobbled it down without complaint, no matter whats in it (you can easily vary it!). It makes HEAPS, like, enough for 5 adults sort of thing, and is super filling!

500g bag of pasta, we use penne. Could use spirals or whatever you want I bet!
500mls cream (if you find this too rich you can use milk)
One smoked chicken (I just get one of the ones from the shop and pull the chicken off it)
Maggi creamy chicken pasta sachet

Cook pasta, mix sachet & cream together, throw all in a pot and mix together. Heat through. Serve!

We throw any sorts of variations of bacon, mushrooms, capsicums (for colour!), peas, corn, carrots (the frozen ones so they are nicely sized squares), anything you want in it really! It's so yummy. I've never had a kid pick out peas or anything, even if they won't eat it usually!!
I often get asked how I make it when I take it places... People are suprised how easy it is to make!

Oh, I often serve it with garlic bread or herb bread or even plain buttered buns! Cos it doesn't look much, but is suprisingly filling!!!

It's yummy in summer with a salad.

We've roasted wee cubes of veges aswell and thrown them in there for a winter variety... YUM

I can't wait for tea time now haha!

Sounds yum! Might try it with evaporated milk for a lighter version than cream.
