anybody get heating with this? how much and where did you go and wat did you get?

we need to heat sons room as heat doesnt go down there and its bloddy freezing

I think that if you are going for the heating part of it they will come to your home and assess your insulation first, you have to have both ceiling and underfloor insulation.

The max grant for clean heating is $500.

There are a few other criteria etc as well and a full list of providers on the website

ETA - There tends to be a pretty long waiting list to get seen about it all too so I'd get onto it fairly smartly if at all possible

thanks yeah i had insulation done b4 xmas but they never told us about heating but have been told we can get it but i dont know how to go about this

you can ring a EECA approved heat pump provider and go thru them to get the heat pump, they ring EECA for you and get the grant and give you $500 off

We just got it done, we rang up last winter and they only came about a month ago

They did our insulation and gave us a quote for a heat pump, but you have to have it in the main living area or it isn't subsidised.

yeah heatpump has to be for main living area although i did see some retailers stating DVS is covered so maybe look into that
