Can anyone recommend some good outdoor playgrounds in Wellington?
We love the one in Linden, but a lot of the other ones we go to seem to be more suitable for much bigger kids. Also looking for really well contained ones as Jackson is a bolter.
Would love recommendations of your favourite place to take kiddies. Then I might have a nosy on Google maps! Anywhere in the Welly region is good, we don't mind a bit of a drive for good fun!

Nairnville park in Khandallah is good, so is one on Houghton Bay Rd - both surrounded by fields too (on 3 sides!)
The one in the botanical gardens is also good, and you can walk up there from the duck pond.
The other park down on the waterfront is good too - between TePapa and the Oriental pde one - you can sit and have a coffee while the kids play
