A serve of food is the size of his hand so maybe only that amount in a day? Or a couple of cheese slices?

nothing wrong with cheese... good for calcium. cheese slices arent really cheese though, processed something or other more like it. i would go with what kel said - a serve or two a day.

both my kids are cheese lovers.
I give Cory a cheese triangle and a slice of cheese (off the block) every day.

Cheese is great for kids. Any full fat mild cheese is great. Too much can cause constipation though so be aware...
