Hi ladies
I am 16 weeks and have been having cramps on and off last few days. They are very mild, not really painful and there's no bleeding but they remind me of period cramps. They stay a little while then go away. Might happen twice or 3 times a day or not at all on other days. I know this is normal in early pregnancy and I had them then, but is it still ok to get them at this stage? Like I said they are not hideously painful, no bleeding, I just get nervous about them. Hi it could be braxten hicks, i had them from 16wks onwards with jacob (1st pregnancy) midwife said it was normal.

I've had nights of nasty cramps right through - to the point where they're genuinely painful, and I can't sleep through them. Everything still seems to be going fine, Bubs appears perfectly healthy  -------------

Yep, I'm 25 weeks and still get them occasionally. I put them down to bubs sitting on a nerve or something he ought to leave alone 
In fact - I've been walking around the office while posting this and now I've got them again! I worried about these heaps when they first started, now they're just another daily joy
