Just saw these in the mailer yesterday - has anyone used them? Are they anything like the old J&J ones that were like chux cloths? Thanks

I bought a box ages ago and had not even opened them...

So I opened them and nope nothing like the J&J ones...

I bought them to use as disposable wipes when we are out and about...

The seem to be like the rolls of white of ones you can get around the place... not the flushable ones the other ones...

I dont like them

Sometimes I think I should just get chux and cut them up...

Thanks mel, shame they are so disappointing... I wish J&J would bring their liners back!

I use the Home brand ones, since they stopped selling J&J ones and these are the only ones I can get from the supermarket! Yeah they're nothing like the J&J ones but they work fine as liners. I use them on DD's first nappy of the morning for her morning poo hehe (then just flush the liner with the poo - not sure if you're meant to or not but hey), and if we need to use creams etc. They are a lot softer than those rolls of liners you can get, and seem to wick moisture away. They do the trick for occasional use which is all we use them for. Hope that helps
Oh and I wish J&J would bring their liners back too!

Mel, try buying the Budget brand cleaning cloth wipes, they look just like the Chux cloths (with the blue and white stripy look) but are a helluva lot softer and nicer to use! I used to cut them in half and use them as wipes, and you can wash the less yucky ones a couple of times before they disintegrate.

Just a tip.... We use Huggies wipes (hypoallergenic non fragrance ones) for the super nasty poos wipe ups... we use cloth wipes otherwise.
BUT- We wash the huggies wipes (up to 3 or 4 times sometimes) and use them as liners for the expectant poos...so not all the time, but you could.
