I have been having some stretching pains for about a week. On and off, nothing too major just uncomfortable and a bit sore sometimes. A couple of times they have stopped me in my tracks a bit and Ive had to sit down until they have gone away.
Today I had a bit of a fright though, I went to the video store and was looking at movies when I had this strong pain come on quite suddenly, it was sore on my right side and across the groin (where it usually hurts with stretching pains for me) but also some period type cramps in my back. It lasted about half an hour, but got better over that time once I sat down. It has been sore most of the day but just dull now, not like before. I haven't had any bleeding or anything like that.
Im just wondering if this is too much pain, or whether the pain can vary? I discussed it with my specialist earlier in the week and she said unless it's extremely painful and bleeding, it's usually nothing to worry about, but I still do worry of course anyway.
Any advice appreciated

I had some real shockers - which were kind of scary but turned out to be normal. There were pains where I was on the phone to my midwife trying to convince her there was something terribly wrong...but those were normal too!

Hehe I called my specialist last night doing exactly the same, and he didn't seem concerned at all, so we shall see I guess. It can be so frightening to get any pain huh.

I had that and it went on and off for a few days and I was told to take panadol after going in to the hospital to get checked out and they couldn't find anything wrong.
