Now that I FINALLY got the scanner software loaded (it only took 3 days and about 6 attempts  ).
Anyways... Mercedes chewing her fingers.... 
Mercedes again... 
And Sienna (who is still underneath her big bully sister)... 
And Sienna again... 
Willie thinks they have his nose - hopefully it's just squishy coz it's squishy in there lol. But they do look a bit like Maya I think... -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)

What I was trying to say is that they look heaps like the newborn photo of Maya you posted a while back. And they are very lucky if they look anythign like their beautiful older sister!! Very cute pics  (once again tho... eeeeek two!!!)

Amazing pics Emma...so tell me how would you know (when they come out)which one is Mercedes and which one is Sienna? LOL Roksana - they confuse me too! When they were smaller they jumped around all over the place so we named them according to size - Mercedes is the bigger of the two. Now that they have run out of room to change sides we know that Mercedes (the bigger one) is on my right. They can tell from u/s which baby is leading (head coming out first) so if I deliver naturally we will know by u/s which one came first, if I have a c-sect they will know what side baby they pulled out first. ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)

they are gorgeous emma. i love the detail on those scans, you will have to take some pics when they are out that are similar to the scans so we can compare :)

Well, I'd go with name tags... I was worried about not being able to tell Hannah from babies that weren't even remotely related to her... so two from the same womb... there's no way I'd know!
Altho maybe Emma is a bit more maternal than I am

He he Lyla....your funny. I think name tag is a good idea.....but I think so far all mum's with the same sex twins I have heard about knew at all times which is which. LOL Nikki - yes I am SOOO much more maternal than you,a real earth mother *looks at clock and realises she has forgotten to pick up child from preschool*
Lyla - baby nails scare me - I cut Maya's finger when I was cutting her nails when she was 5 weeks old (see Nikki, I am a great mother!)and haven't cut them since - I make Daddy do it... ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)

I have heard of painting a toe nail of each twin for a while....esp if they are identical....I used to nany for twins years ago and must say it was a relief when one broke her arm (for me not for her) aged four - but from then on i knew which one was which always...and they could not have been more identical for trying....just watch out for the secret twin language down the track...that will throw (and annoy) you! how exciting.....twins.....

Yep Bombshell - Willie's workmate has twins and reckons they speak a whole nother language...
Liz - Sienna is Sienna Marie Anahera, but we haven't nailed Mercedes yet. Debating Mercedes Faith Waimarie, but now my Mum says she likes Kailah, which I also like, but I'm not sure about Mercedes Kailah Waimarie... ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)

cool I can't wait till we get our 3d/4d scan done. we have booked in at hamilton (cause they don't do it in taranaki) on the 15th sept - I'll be almost 30 weeks.
