| has anyone else been diagnosed with this. I feel like I am losing everything and I cant even do simple things that I used to be able to do with ease, things such as sorting colours and whites in washing now seem too hard to accomplish. |

A good friend of mine suffered from it, and I saw how hard it was for her.
I am not sure what advice to offer you, but definately seek help, and take whatever help you can get. Try and remember to take each day at a time, and remember that this will pass. And also try and do something every day that you enjoy - even if it is just something little like having a bath, or reading a book or indulging in some chocolate. |

I am not sure if there is anything in the postnatal depression section but there might be something helpful in there...you are def not alone as there have been mums to be who have posted.
Just remember to access support now while you can and there are always people on here to talk to if you are feeling low. -------------

i am sure i have been suffering this all through my preg so far, i have posted through the post natal depression thread as they lovely ladies there can compare!
I havnt been diagnosed as i havnt seen anybody yet but i have had depression and anxiety before TTCing so know what i feel like when i get that way....pop on over to the PND thread hun -------------    CHEM 6/12+ |
