Are there any foods you find you eat that affect Bubs?
Ive been eating a lot of avocado...Blake seems to be struggling when doing a poo?? Not sure if this is normal again or not??? Do your bubs strain and grunt when doing a poo? -------------

Yup, Ben always wants to feed when pooing, according to my midwife this stimulates the bowel as well, so maybe that would help Blake?

Ooooh Ben sounds just like Blake ...Quite often I will put him back on to settle him (tut tut)..he will grunt grunt ...do a huge poo then nod off!! Ha ha cracks me up! -------------
