honey puffs are great if you have that sweet craving, just keep them in an airtight container as they go soft really quickly.
I think they are called mousetraps. you put bread some vegemite/marmite and cheese and bake in a really low oven so they dry out. i used to love those. they keep for quite a while in an airtight container.
i also recommend the cookbook nosh if you can find it. it is all low fat with lots of vegetarian alternatives and great snack ideas

Yogurt, various sweet and savoury muffins - I have a recipe which only uses 1/3 cup oil. I can type it up if you like?
Homemade hummus (minus the tahini) and warm pita bread.
Cheese on crackers.
Mini bagels with cream cheese.
Toddler friendly - I make pikelets for H, sometimes with wholemeal flour. He loves them.

Check out the WW website for good recipes - I was just thinking today about making some of their pear muffins.
