Hi just wondering if any one can recommend any prams where the child is facing you when you are pushing if that makes sense? Think it's reversible handles or seat I am thinking of!

Just discovered DD loves it when she can see me, she grins and laughs away! So thinking of trading one of the 2 prams I have in and possibly getting one! I think Steelcraft do one, I remember seeing one at Farmers a few months back.

Thanks in advance!

I have the Steelcraft one from farmers with reversible handles. I really like it, it's good for shopping with a big basket underneath. The only thing I don't like about it is, it's not great off road or on uneven surfaces.

I actually went and had a look today at the Steelcraft Strider 3 which is about $570 at farmers, really liked it BUT! Also went to Baby Factory and they just bought out 2 new Steelcraft prams today missed their names but they were both $740 and one had 3 wheels the other 4 and both were doubles prams so wondering if it would be better to get that or not...

Steelcraft Eden Reverse Handle Stroller is on sale from Farmers at the moment. $339, usually $489. That's the one I have.

We've got a steelcraft strider and love it. It's quite wide, but that doesn't really bother us. It's still fab.

Steelcraft Enigma has reversible handles, and its wide enough to fit most capsules in too, so was suitable right from Day 1, all you do is pull a lever, flip the handlebar over and off you go. We bought ours for about $280 when they had a massive nursery sale just after we found out I was preg with Jae

Heaps on trademe pretty cheap.

How about a Bugaboo? They are $$$ new but you could get a second hand one off Trade Me for the price of a new cheaper brand. They are brilliant, reversable seats and handles, and narrower than a Mountain Buggy so no problems fitting them anywhere. It has a 2 piece fold which takes a bit of getting used to at first, but bonus is it makes them easy to fit into small cars as you can put the seat in the back seat and the pram frame in the boot.

They hold their value well, you'd be able to onsell it once you're done and not lose much money.

Have a look at the Strollers and Prams website and the forums, they are very helpful with recommending prams.

We have a steelcraft strider (3??) I love it. Our one has 4 wheels, my sister had the exact same one but 3 wheels, and when she borrowed mine while on holiday here, she said it was so much better to use with 4 wheels. We also had the bassinette attachment when he was a baby which was awesome as we could use it as a portacot too.

Great for round the streets, but a bit more of a work out offroad tho. We bought it in a farmers sale as floor stock, so it was a real bargain.

My friend has the farmers one - its awesome, and i love it! But she hates it - said the wheels are a pain because all four of them can swivel/lock, but i think that would only be a problem if you switch the handle back and foward alot!

I really wanted this one, actually, but my mom talked me into the three wheel version. Sulk.
