I was wanting to know if anyone has had or know of anyone who has had an ectopic pregnancy and had their tube removed, how they have got on with future pregnancys, have they gotten pregnant naturally and how long it took. Thanks

I haven't personally, but a friend lost a tube in 2001 and went on to have two children, one in 2003 and one in 2005 without fertility treatment.

Hi I lost one of my tubes when I was 16 to an ovarian cyst tumar. I have got two children (which I got pregnant realy easy with) and I am pregnant with my third (took about 3 months to conceive). It did not cause any complications or anything. I do still have both ovaries though just only one tube.

Hi I had an ectopic pregnancy last year in February. Had my left tube removed. I then got pregnant the same year in the November and now have our precious boy now just over a week old. I had irregular periods aswell and when I found out I was pregnant with having my tube gone it was like a miracle!! We had been trying just over a year previous to the ectopic aswell.
So there is hope!!

My periods were never effected by only having one tube, I always was bang on time and regualr like clock work. I guess its the individual.
