Just wondering if anyone knows the date this starts in New Plymouth??

Nope the festival of Lights that are on at Pukakura park every year.

I thought it was a before Xmas through to the end of January thing - we were there this year - it was GREAT! Love the snoring giant...reminds me of a certain person I'm married to....

it usually start's just befoer chirstmas when we have the christmas in the bowel of brooklands about a week befre christmas and goes through till Feb usually around waitangi day. I kno this cause hte last night was the day before I had Alan and I walked around when I was in labour. It is really cool well worth the trip from Palmy if you come up let me know we can maybe meet up or something.   Will find out the exact date's if you like FIL work's for the council.

I honestly don't bother going to the lights unless we are up there for somehting else - I feel its the same every year.... but its the case of if you are around it all the time....
