thankyou:) my secret?:) walking every day if i can but with a 2.5 yr old who walks at snail pace..i just take the baby on the days Ethan is at school and walk sat and sunday for 30-40 mins...and I am doing WW..for me weighing in each week and paying for it makes me accountable..also my son wont take a bottle and is dairy and egg allergic so i am forced to not have either of those.. dark choc not the same as milk :) ------------- Mum to two amazing boys! |
