Hi, I am looking to do some Part Time work now my son is 8 months old. I would love to be able to work from home, look after another child, or find some other way of making a little bit of money. Any ideas what people are doing? Or anyone in the South Auckland area looking for a child minder - I'm not qualified, but love being with kids and have just completed a recent first aid course.

how about after school care. do you live near a school or have the room for a couple of kids after school.

just one or two kids a few days a week will give you a few extra dollars......i wish i had the room to do that cos i badly need some extra income. im a casual at the local RSA in the kitchen but i dont get called up often so cant rely on it..........but at least its at night so my hub is at home to look after kids
