So we are thinking of buying one, has anyone got one at home? any recommendations? did you use it much? and did it help you tone up and lose weight??
there is a website that has a sale on them but it ends in a few hours so we trying to make a decision!

Any help appreciated!

I have one ..

Yes I use it ... yes it helped me lose weight, it wont do much at all for tone, you need to weight train for that.

I have a life fitness model (but they are expensive).

I had one and I didn't use it much at all. But then I got a treadmill and when I'm not pregnant it gets used all the time.

I had one & used it heaps to start with & then it became a great clothes hanger

We had one and the novelty worn off and just sat in our garage for months so we getting rid of it. Now we have got a vibratrain and it gets used quite a bit.
