So we are thinking of buying one, has anyone got one at home? any recommendations? did you use it much? and did it help you tone up and lose weight??
there is a website that has a sale on them but it ends in a few hours so we trying to make a decision! Any help appreciated! |

Yes I use it ... yes it helped me lose weight, it wont do much at all for tone, you need to weight train for that. I have a life fitness model (but they are expensive). ------------- Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months) I did it .. 41 kgs gone! We had one and the novelty worn off and just sat in our garage for months so we getting rid of it. Now we have got a vibratrain and it gets used quite a bit. |
