I was on weight watchers when i got pregnant with dd. So it was soup & salad lol. I had bad morning sickness so didnt eat much the 1st 16 weeks
Then i drank alot of coke, cans from machines at work were so good
I was also known to visit maccas or BK at 10pm because i was hungry.
I wasnt the best eater, i regret that 100% now because i put on alot of weight because of that.

I was eating pretty healthily - I usually do. I'd recently come back from rural USA where there wasn't a lot of fresh produce available, so was eating a lot of fresh stuff, especially cos it was summer. I'd lost 10kg while in the states so was a healthy (but not skinny!) weight. Umm... I was also enjoying perhaps a bit much of things like feta, salami etc that I'd have to give up while pregnant. Figured I should eat them while I could!
I imagine diet can have a small impact on TTC - as in a few months quicker or slower to conceive for some couples, but I don't think it would make a huge difference, unless your DH was big into booze and drugs?

I was trying to lose weight and it was January/February so was eating healthy and exercising. Typically I got UTD as soon as I started being good.

i was trying to be healthy, but still eating takeaways on the weekends.. made sure i had fruit and yoghurt everyday.. i made consious choices though as i have been trying to get rid of my endo for years so avoid all soy and caffeine and sugary fizzy drinks..
though.. i was a serious candy addict and would eat chocolate or candy most days..
dont ask me what my diet now is though (munches on some homemade pizza with lots of cheeese)

I had a very good diet. I had irregular periods, so I knew to increase my chances of conceiving I needed to eat well. So a lot of fresh fruit and veges, whole grains etc.
It definitely makes a difference if you are trying to conceive (in my opinion). There is a book called 'Taking Charge of Your Fertility' by Toni Weschler, and the diet in that book is pretty much what I stuck to.

kfc, mcd's, subway, pies and too much coke but decent dinners. funnily enough the main thing that got cut was the decent dinners. and then the coke which didnt taste good.

I have a high BMI had been eating quite badly,. Finally decided I needed to put everything into TTC that I could, as we'd been trying for nearly 2 years. Ate healthy as for 2 mths and got BFP. However this pregnancy was through IUI (fertily treatment) and that was my first attempt at it, so it could have been that. But I do wonder how much the change in diet impacted, possibly quite a bit.

Junk food galore!
Tried to cut it all out once i got the BFP but only thing i really suceeded in was having healthier lunchs and cutting out coke. Im still a junk food queen but no where near as bad as i was!

I'd started WW about a month prior to concieving so was eating pretty well. I'd lost bout 5 kgs and I'm sure that helped with the BFP!! In saying that we'd only been trying a couple of months, so could have just been coincidence.

balanced... a little bit of everything, healthy and junk a like.
With J it was winter so lots of casserole type dinners and soups for lunch, not a lot of fruit as I am not a big winter fruit person. We had takeaways at least once a week for lunch and dinner.
With thumper it was summer so loads of fresh fruit and salads. Probably too much mcd's for lunch tbh

I've always had a pretty healthy diet, in terms of lots of fruit and veges. However when I got my BFP I had never really drunk water and it wasn't until DD was born that I decided to cut out juice and fizzy and just drink water!
I did however have a fair bit of takeaways like maybe 1-2 times a week but now it's more like once a fortnight!
My weight pre baby was 54kg and height about 162cm so not a big person, I lost 3kg in the first 3 months from morning sickness but gained that back plus 12 kg at the end of my pregnancy and have lost it all again now.
My diet wasn't the best whilst pregnant either as I didn't change it at all but have since giving birth because I am breast feeding and realise it's probably important I do!

I was throwing up 3-5 times a day for the first and most of the second trimester lol. So I ate virtually nothing! Mostly just plain cracks, plain cooked speghetti, apples and I lived off of V8 tropical vege juice. My doc said I would be fine as long as I kept up plenty of fluids and my supplements. When I did start eating again I found I had too much baby in there to leave much room for food so rather than eat meals I'd snack all day long. Really though my diet didn't change much. I never got weird cravings nor did I ever feel super hungry.

F'n shocking, on the edge of disordered, couldnt have been worse
I dont think i'd sat down for a meal in about 6 months previous to getting pregnant. I'd eat less then 500cal a day, not intentionally, but i'd only ever nibble at a piece of carrot or a piece of celery as i was cooking (i'm a chef). On top of that i was working 12 - 14hr days standing and never had a break. The only time i sat down in that time was to inhale 2 ciggarettes in a row and then back to it.
Even when i found out i was pregnant (and quit smoking straight away with a massive effort) i struggled to eat normally for about three months. The whole notion of taking a plate, taking some food and sitting to eat was so weird to me.
Because of my job - as a chef in a large hotel - my meals are often staff dining. Think everyone lining up with a plate and helping themselves from big containers of food.

My diet was pretty balanced, lots of fresh veges and lean meat/chicken/fish and made a concious effort to have healthy dinners, low fat dairy, wholegrain bread, nuts, porridge or wholegrain cereal etc etc not too many carbs eg pasta. But in saying that we did have takeaways maybe once a week and the occasional chocolate or lollies or whatever on a Saturday night. So a combination of being good and indulging sometimes. I have never been good at drinking water or eating much fruit as I only like grapes and bananas but I try my best.
Since Ive been pregnant it's been much the same, except that I eat more lol I try to eat more of the right things but don't always succeed. And everything tastes so much better to me now. All you can ever do is your best I guess!

was TOTALLY shocking and I seriously don't know how I survived?! Coffee and cigarette for breakfast, coffee and cigarette for morning tea (maybe a sausage roll if I had time to scoff it down), I didn't have lunch till 1 and that was either hot chips, Tuna on toast or whatever was handy and easy to put together...most of the time it was junky/greasy food . We hardly had fruit and veg in the house and I didn't drink water. I was soooo worried when I found out I was pregnant because I didn't know till I was 8 weeks along I thought I did some serious damage because that was also the 'festive season' and there were a LOT of drinkkies going on! Boy! Did my diet change as soon as I found out! It wasn't so hard to change knowing I was doing it for my baby....hahaha strange I wouldn't do it for myself?!
