Looks like a goodie!
We already have the laptop (an Xmas gift last year) and JJ loves it. Will definately be in for the phone. Claims start as of 30/08. |

Me too, and to think that DH laughed at my drawer full of empty nappy packets (I got lazy after a while and stopped clipping the barcodes and just chucked the entire packet into the drawer) ------------- Two little girls under 2!

Damn, collected my barcodes today and I only have 13, not 18.
Has anyone got 5 barcodes I could "borrow" - I will be a nappy user for a while and am happy to send 5 back to you once I have collected them. Waiting for newborn nappies to be on a really good special but have taken all the ones off Jackson's boxes... |

Mel, you can buy barcodes on TradeMe. Unfortunately the price rapidly inflates as soon as there is a promotion on. 
Guess I might have to do that though - would still be a good deal for the toy. |

Well if you think about it .. all the barcodes are the same for each product (eg toddler nappies 72 box all have the same barcode), so they would have to accept them all, there would be no way to tell which two of the three on the box were eligable otherwise. ------------- Mummy to Issy (3) and Elias (18 months) I did it .. 41 kgs gone! Yes we got our first lot delivered the other day.. They are pretty cool :)
The boxes themselves are branded with a little "A gift from Huggies" bit at the bottom.. Not an issue if you are getting them for your own kids, but just something I noticed and probably only an issue if you plan on gifting/selling them

Can you use barcodes from ages ago (like last year?) I can't see anything on the site so am thinking that it is ok to use them - I keep the boxes for storage of old baby clothes so am fairly sure I'd have enough right away -but some are from last year.... ------------- http://lilypie.com">

Yip I think you can use any barcodes and I don't think the barcodes have probably changed in a number of years, if at all!

Grrr. Just spent ages carefully cutting the barcodes off all my boxes only to find that the promotion has ended early as they have received 10,000 valid entries. Oh well. Will keep the barcodes for next time.

They may as well be honest and admit they got it from the promotion.. |

People just makes up excuses as to why they are selling them. I saw one that said "I bought this for my son but he got given another one" when it clearly has "a gift from Huggies" on the box! Doh. -------------

For some of the promos you need to send in certain barcodes which they tell you, sometimes they say any huggies product.
I think the playmat is newborn or infant barcodes only but i could be wrong. |

No noise actually comes out of the earpiece for the phone. It is all in the base, and the speaker is on the bottom. There are two different volume levels too.
I really like Vtech toys - we've only been given them as gifts, but they've always been favourites of Jackson's. |
