I will page the midwife when I have two sleeping kids, no point trying to hold a telephone conversation now! But...
I only had heavy bleeding after DS was born for a couple of days, and nothing has shown on my pad for the last 3, yet when I pee, its pretty bloody like....
has anyone had something similar before? Is it likely to be actual blood in the urine, or is it more likely to be the 'leftovers' from postpartum bleeding etc? I had an easy birth, epidural but no tears or other intervention.
TIA

Before you pee, wipe yourself and see if there is blood there, if there it is then its likely the pee picking up the blood etc
But if when you wipe there isnt any blood but there is when you pee, then you could have a bladder infection. Did you have a cathater at all ?? I had one cos my babies were CS's and I had blood in my pee after Bella while still in hospital, they just made me drink heaps of water and after a day it went back clear and my pee result was fine as well so they think they niked my bladder putting the cathater in.
