I’m after some advice for getting more comfortable at night please! I bought a full length body pillow but don’t find this helps at all unfortunately. A pillow in between my knees seems to make me sore in the inner leg/groin area.

I keep reading about ladies using pillows to get comfortable - where do you put them?

Any help appreciated, thanks.

I use a tripillow. goes in between my legs and up under my bump. I position myself so that I'm almost on my tummy. If I lie directly on my side I get uncomfy. Otherwise sleeping on the couch is far more comfy than in bed

I use a normal pillow under my bump, it's quite a firm pillow and I also lie almost on my tummy with my leg hanging over the pillow a bit too.

I find I stillneed to switch sides a few times a night or I get dead arms :S

I'm going to try sleeping in the spare room tonight n see if it helps - I seem to find it easier to get comfortable when I nap in the day and I think its coz I have more room to spread out (despite the fact dh and I share a king size bed!!)

I used a pillow the length of my thighs, if I had it just under my knees the rest of my legs ached as well.

I used to sleep on my left & use pillows to get as far over as I could.
