Schools sometimes hire out their halls for private functions and you could hire a caterer. A cafe may let you book out for a couple of hours and provide the food. ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">

You can hire individual rooms at Caccia Birch for smaller functions. Its all self catering. I had my wedding there we had the whole venue, you can use one of the individual rooms.
