Hi girls,
After a lot of on/off back pain my midwive has suggested I go and see an osteopath to see if that helps. Has anyone been to see one before and did they find it useful??

I haven't been to one since i was pregnant but for about the last two years i have had back problems and i honestly swear by Osteopaths.
They can be quite expensive but as far as i am concerned they are well worth it.

I have never been to one but the lady who takes our antenatal classes was highly recommending them for people with bad back pain. She said she has known people who have sworn by them.

If u need more hands on harder stuff try a chiropractor, they helped with aligning everything for labour and also helped my back stay in place (i have minor scoliosis, my spine curves in a funny way and twists)
But in saying that only see one that deals with pregnant women not just any old one, coz they need to take into account the fact that you have relaxin in ur system and your alot more flexible at the moment.
