Does anyone have a recipe for bran muffins that makes a mixture you can keep in the fridge for a few weeks and make up as you go? And preferably containing no raisins ('cause I'm not keen on them!). I know one exists but I can't find it amongst my recipes and would rather have one that is tried and true.
