We use Easiyo yoghurt (the flavoured and plain yoghurts. I know that it is ok for me to give the plain stuff to my boy but I am wondering if it is ok to give him the flavoured ones as well?

Flavoured yoghurt is fine in my book. It has a bit more sugar in it than the natural yoghurt though - so just be aware of that when dolling it out. We use both flavoured and natural greek yoghurt (usually team it up with some fruit). ------------- http://lilypie.com">
