We use Easiyo yoghurt (the flavoured and plain yoghurts. I know that it is ok for me to give the plain stuff to my boy but I am wondering if it is ok to give him the flavoured ones as well?
We usually get the passionfruit, apricot, berries flavours, not the caramel or banana flavours.

TIA

Flavoured yoghurt is fine in my book. It has a bit more sugar in it than the natural yoghurt though - so just be aware of that when dolling it out. We use both flavoured and natural greek yoghurt (usually team it up with some fruit).

Yeah I was worried about the higher sugar content so might just go easy on it and do what you do and go between natural and flavoured.
