Has anyone here been brave enough to list nappies on Trade Me at $1 reserve? Did you have any luck? Not sure whether to risk it or not lol - I had awesome luck listing six old Icebreaker jerseys (I used to work there so they were free but didn't fit me anymore) at $1 reserve; they each sold for $50-60! Not sure if it would be worth it with nappies though...

I'm always too scared to list anything worth a bit of money for $1 reserve! I always put on a buy now of what I would like to get for it, you could do that...?

i have done it before with mixed results - some have gone for next to noting and others went crazy. it all depends on the market and what sort of nappy i think.

I would say for ittis, and other well known brands you could risk it. I wouldn't probably as you just might have bad luck and hit a lull in the market so to speak.

I am going to for my older nappies but then put my newest ones on $1 auction but with a higher reserve (the minimum I'm happy to get for them) and a buy now of ridiculous proportions

Ok I listed them for the price I want to sell them for, and if after a week it doesn't sell then I'll try a $1 reserve and see what happens

i have some Baby Harmony and Wigglebums nappies listed on TM at the moment, I might try the same thing if they don't sell this week!
I'm not keen to get stung with someone actually buying them for only $1 though...

I sell most of my gear at $1 res...and often don't get much more than that lol but sometimes I get a nice suprise

I reckon it depends on the market at the time, I've had major losses and then major success's....but mostly I"m just pleased to get rid of all the crap in the house hehe
