I am not vegan (or even vegetarian) but have been reading a lot about the health benefits and I'm keen to introduce some vegan days into our meal regime. The only trouble is other than my delicious bean salad recipe and my yummy roast vege salad all my substantial vegetarian recipes include eggs, milk or cheese. Can you share your kids favourite vegan meals? -------------
