I found this in my Googling and thought it was a good list. Does anyone else take Royal Jelly? It seems to come up a lot!

I'm pretty sure I've seen it in health shops. It's that and brazil nuts that seem to be all the rage on US fertility sites

Aren't nuts expensive?!? It's unbelievable! Whereabouts do you get yours from?
We put lots of sunflower and pumpkin seeds in salads YUM. I read somewhere that it is best to only have two brazil nuts a day because too much selenium is bad for you

Yeah they say 2 - 3 a day, im not a big fan of brazil nuts so dont eat too may....almonds however are my fave
I just get them from the bulk bins at the supermarket. Yeah they are expensive but dont really pay too much attention to the price, My little theory is if its good for you buy it - just dont waste money of crap food LOL

Gosh, I wish I'd found that list earlier this year!
I came up with a very similar list myself but also followed the following generic guidelines:
No bought biscuits, cakes, potato chips or breads (these are high in refined flour and/or sugar - a big no no! also often contain trans fats)
No deep fried food (most deep fried foods are high in trans fats - bad for you in general but also not good if you are trying to get pregnant)
Always full fat dairy (your body processes the protein in reduced fat products differently)
No caffeine
No alcohol
Eat organic where possible/affordable (some of the pesticides etc have a terrible effect on your hormones)
Also, because of the way that plastics can screw with your hormones (because of the xenoestrogens, or something like that) we replaced most of our plastic food storage containers with glass. We also stopped using plastic drink bottles.
I'm not saying that following the above was definitely the reason we got pregnant (we had only been doing it for seven weeks or so when we got our bfp), but at the very least I knew that I was being healthy and after trying for so long I was keen to do anything which might help even just a little bit!
Oh, and even though we had to buy some more expensive products (like the nuts) we actually saved money because we had to make our own cakes/biscuits/bread and we never went out!

I found this website really interesting and took a lot of her advice.
HOWEVER I was advised against bee pollen and royal jelly - even if I don't have an allergy, the foetus might - and personally I wouldn't want to take the chance, so I left those ones out.
