So our blender has just died from a cracked jug and would like recommendations of a good blender please!

Have had a breville one (one of the cheap ones) and that didn't last long before the motor started smoking!

And our latest one was a second hand one from my aunty who had it for years, was also a breville but with a plastic jug which just split.

So what blender do you have, and would you recommend it (or not) and why. TIA!

Hey there just so I am clear - when you say Blender, do you mean one of those hand held stick blenders?

A hand mixer or a big mixer with bowls?
