I got pains as soon as baby started to descend which from memory was abotu 32 weeks onwards - sounds similar. shooting down my legs and in my back. Mine were from teh scaitic nerve being pinched. I still get them now, much worse, but I know they will go away once baby is out so I am not too phased. I just take panadol and lie down on my side with a pillow between my legs - thats the best thing for it.

ouch, i know how painful that can be! i found that a hot water bottle in the small of my back helped a bit, but definitely talk to your midwife. ------------- |
