I know it seems soooo far away but is there anyone out there due in April 07. This will be my first and so far I'm scared, paranoid, happy and ready to burst into tears. Can't wait till the first trimester is over I might start to feel a bit safer.

I have been lucky so far no morning sickness, just very tired by the evening. the hardest thing so far is not telling anyone at work, especially when you just want to have a little nap or bite someones head off. Mum2three isn't far behind me as I', due near the end of April.

Yep, I'm a first time April mum-to-be too! Very exciting, huh?!
Lucky you with no morning sickness!! Overall, I don't think mine's too bad really. Usually just nausea, but sometimes actually being sick too...fun.
I think I'm due 23 April, but hopefully having a dating scan soon to check.
Not telling people is SOOOO hard! I'm finding it really hard at work too - so exhausted and sometimes sick that I know I'm not really performing at my best and I'd like to tell them why. But then, we haven't told friends and family yet, so I just can't tell work before them!

Hi Littlejo, nice to have another April/May Mum. I'm dying to go for my first scan but my midwife said cause I'm a larger lady that there wasn't much point so I have to wait till after Mid Oct. We have told some friends and family, but I work with a Lady that I am very good friends with and I have told her so I can moan and groan to her when I get tired or grumpy, which helps.

Kazza - it doesn't matter how 'big' you are for u/s. I am definitely a larger lady too and I had scans at 5 and 6 weeks without any problems at all.

Just to let you april/may mums I told work quite earlier on as I thought if anything should happen then they would understand, especially my manager I thought needed to know.. but we did tell most people early so didn't have to be careful for it 'slipping' out

I am having afternoon sleeps still and i'm nearly half way through. It could mean that you are lacking in iron, so it couldn't hurt to get a pregnancy multivitaim.

Actually, I'm having just the same trouble!!
I go to bed at a reasonable hour to try and get a good night's sleep, but always seem to wake up at 4 or 5 am. So am still shattered the next day...
In my last job, one lady was preggy, and for a few months she brought in a bean bag and put it in one of the meeting rooms so she could sneak off for a nap at lunch time! Sounds more and more like a good idea to me...

Hmmm that sounds a lot better then taking a nap in the toilets. Might try that once I've told everyone at work.
I've heard that this is your body training you for all the sleepless nights to come, could be something in that.

Kazza a couple of things - I too am larger sized and first scan at 7 weeks was sooo clear...and the latest one was pretty good at 13 weeks but comment from the person scanning me was " you are SO hard to scan" - well DH asked what she meant (he knew the smartar*e) and she choked and basically said i had plenty of tummy fat! aka too much!!! Rude C*w.....
anyways i got great scans (check out the march mummies thread for photos) so dont pay too much attention to that...
My first doc (i changed) didnt want to scan me at 7 week one - i demanded it - totally put my mind at ease!
as for your vitamins....well i did those ones too...and came off them and just did folic and a sep iron one as they made me sick...beware of that...some wont have any reaction and apparently my reaction to them was quite common...

No sickness yet, so I think I'm ok on those pills, not even morning sickness yeah.
Went to bed at 8.30pm last night and had a good nights sleep so I'm feeling a bit better today so far.
Guess I'll be around the 12/13 week mark by the time I get my first scan, if I was feeling sick or something I might go back to the midwife and see if I could get one earlier but all seems to be going well so far, fingers crosssed.
Thanks

Hooray, another April mum-to-be! Welcome Katetom!! Nice to have someone who's an expert already. Hehe.
Glad you're feeling better Kazza. I've not been actually sick for nearly a whole week, although still a bit queasy a lot of the time.
Contacted my m/w again on Friday as I haven't received the forms for the dating scan...bugger! Hopefully the replacement forms will arrive in the next day or so. I'd be so much happier if I could SEE something on a scan! Still seems unreal - only the nausea to remind me I'm pg.
So, I'm now 10 weeks, and not really put on weight yet - I guess I should just enjoy that while it lasts, but should I be starting to see some weight gain yet??

Hi Littlejo
Hope you get the paper work for your scan soon, not sure when the weight gain is suppose to start but I know my midwife said because of my size I can't afford to gain any weight during the pregnancy, talk about sucking all the fun out of it.
I just keep poking and feeling my stomach waiting for a pump to appear or something
|
Posted By: littlejo

Oh, well, I'll assume no weight gain is okay for now then... Sure the m/w will tell me if it gets to be a worry. I seem to have developed a new skill of finding things to worry about when there's probably nothing!
What a bummer, Kazza! I'm looking forward to an excuse to eat a few extras! Although I'm kicking myself for chucking out all the clothes I had before I did weight watchers!!

I was on the larger side when I had my first monster. I gained between 25-35kgs in that pregnancy. I ended up with my heavest weight that I read being 122kgs, and they think I probably but about 7 more on the day after that reading. Being pregnant means you will gain weight and no MW has the right to tell you that you can't afford to gain any weight. You have to gain at least the placenta and baby weight on you.
I do know someone that lost weight suring her pregnancy and her baby ended up in the neonates due to complications. She was a smoker and smoked throughout her pregnancy so I feel it is all her own fault.

How're you other April mums-to-be going?
The last couple of mornings, my m/s has been a bit nasty again, but getting there...
The good news though is that my scan forms have (finally) arrived, and I'm all booked in for next Tuesday. So we will finally get to see if there's really something in there!
It's supposedly a dating scan, but as I think I will be just over 11 weeks by then, I'm not sure whether they will be able to do the 12 week NT scan stuff as well. Will just wait and see...depends if I'm right on my dates or not, I guess.
Can't wait!!!

So our due dates are probabky very close, Kazza. Must go change my ticker at some stage...
The scan was COOL! Got to see the little heart beat, and then the guy turned the speakers on so we got to hear it!! Awesome!!
And THEN the little bean waved its hand at us! Hehehe.

Hi Ya,
Im due on the 25th April with my first baby. I am so pleased someone started up this April due babies, as I have been wanting to chat.
Been having the whole morning sickness thing, but it's starting to subside now.
I told everyone that would listen to me that I was pregnant the minute I found out.. Even the lady in Farmers!!! It must be so hard to keep it secret.
Is anyone else starting to put on weight. I seem to have put on quite a bit and not sure if this weight gain so early is normal? I'm already wearing maternity tops. EEEk

Hi Ginglett
And Welcome to the April Mums, I was one of those lucky people who didn't suffer with morning sickness (fingers crossed).
Don't know about the weight gain thing I stay well away from anything that looks like scales but the waistband on my pants is starting to get a bit tighter. We have been trying to keep things quiet at least till the 12 weeks mark except for family and close friends and any one else my finance has decided to brag to.
It's my first time too, it's good to be able to chat to other people in the same boat.

My mum and my sister are going to come with me as my partner is away on business and I really want him to be able to see it, so i'm glad you get a video. Do you have to provide a tape for them?

Hi All,
Well I had my scan done on Tuesday. How amazing is that. They even told me what ovary it come from. I'm having a Leftie.... I must admit, I had a bit of a tear in my eye. I just made it all so real. I have a feeling it's a cricketer as it did a kind of an overarm bowl movement, and then it saluted me`. Hoping it knows who's boss... Hahaha.
My partner comes home tomnight and I'm really excited about showing him the tape. What a wonderful experience I have had this week. Went into the baby factory for the first time and got completely overwhelmed. There is so much to think of.
Well at least I get to spend money.

I have my scan on Wednesday (at Lambton Quay). I also met my midwife for the first time today, so it's all exciting at the moment! So, did you have to provide the video tape for the recording?
I'm starting to feel loads better lately, although still a little low in energy. Oh, and I found an old pair of pants that were a bit baggy, and they fit great now. Hooray, didn't even have to spend money.

Yeah I did supply the tape, but I also took a CD just in case as well. I bought a 1 Hour tape so that I could put the next one on. I'm having the same problem with my clothes, but I went down to baby factory and bought a belly band so I can wear my normal clothes. I'm sure you can pick them up on trademe quite cheap.
Let us know how you go tomorrow. I'ts so exciting. Are you taking people with you?

Hi,
Well, the scan went well...actually the results get sent to the midwife, so I don't really know yet, but we saw the little bubba and heard the heartbeat etc, and it was pretty cool. Bit of a sleepy bubba, with only a short burst of kicking and wiggling while we were watching.
Might have to look into those belly bands...today especially after drinking plenty of water before the scan, my pants were so tight I had to undo the buttons (those loose ones from the other day are in the wash now)!
DH managed to come with me - he had a work meeting, so we thought he might miss out, but he was finished in time.

Hey there, I am a newbie here. But I have been searching like crazy to find some women I can talk to about the adventures of being pregnant. I am happy to say that I am due in April. Woohoo! April 15 to be exact. I read through the whole forum. And I must say I have had a lot of the same experiences. And as most of you didn't experience morning sickness. I had the "extreme of morning sickness". Put it this way, All day and all night!!! It was aweful. But now, I am proud to say I am pretty much good to go. I haven't been bent over the porcelaine god for the last two weeks. Thank god!! Have any of you felt some movements yet? I think I have but I am not too sure. Is it too early to tell?? Anyway, this is me. :)

Not much to report at this stage! So pleased the morning sickness seems to have fully disappeared now (now that's happened I think I can forgive you, Kazza - hehe). And I've finally told my work the news too, so that's a load off!
I'm 16 weeks tomorrow, so would still be pretty early to feel movements, although I felt a funny sensation the other night (and no gas production followed), so I am wondering...nothing since though.
I have my next m/wife appt on the 20th - looking forward to that. And then I guess the next thing will be a scan!

I've got my midwife appt on the 21st, I really am just a day behind you.
Yes took my partner to the Babyfactory to look at prams and we got a change table with bath, baby bomb disposal (as he calls it) and then got a Pram from somewhere else. It was fun though even if it hurt the wallet.

I'm due in may so i'm just sneaking on this board because I have a question for you more experienced pg mums... I have an apptment with my midwife on 19th December and she said she will 'give me a slip' to get an ultrasound at this apointment.
My question is if i get this 'slip' on the 19th will i be able to get U/S before christmas or do I have to book well in advance? what's the story?
I live in wgtn by the way so it would be wellington hospital i'm guessing.
Thanks!

It may be at Pacific Radiology, which has branches all over Wellington, depending on what's closest to you. I have had all my scans there, so have my friends and new pregnant friends, even the urgent one when I was bleeding at 7 weeks. My understanding is that wellington Hospital U/S dept only do urgent scans through ED, but I might be wrong.
They book up really quickly, so it might pay to contact your midwife and ask her which radiology service they use then get the number out of yellow pages and see if you can book up without your request form at one of the Pacific Radiology sites, as i say all over the city, there is one on lambton Quay, I go to Wakefield Hospital in Newtown, and there is a big clinic in J'ville, i am sure there are others that might be closer too
good luck

Yeah, I say book before you get the form too.
You just need the form when you turn up at the appointment, although you'll probably need to know what the scan is for (eg "anatomy scan" or "NT scan") - they've asked me each time I've booked in. I guess if you're due in May, it's the 20 week scan? On my form for the 20wk one, the midwife had ticked "anatomy scan" and "placental localisation".
With my 12 week scan, I got the form on Monday, rang up that day to book and had the scan on Wednesday (in Wgtn - Lambton Quay), so they are not always booked up too far in advance.
How are you other April girls doing?! We're pretty quiet lately...
I've got the scan next Monday, so hanging out for that. Hope everything's okay in there!
We sold our spare bed, so the baby's room's getting cleared out finally. Planning to paint it over the Xmas break - we get 2 weeks off! And collecting the cot from my mum's at Xmas too, so then will just need a new mattress.

Hey Everyone,
Gee the April mummies have been quiet.. I can't really talk though hehe
Went for the 20 week anatomy Scan today. How fascinating. It was so special.
They said it was being well behaved... which I hope is going to continue.
How has everyone else been.
Has anyone else had there 20 week. We didn't find out the sex of the baby so it can be a surprise at the end, but I must admit I was looking rather hard..
Hey Jo, Good luck with the painting of the room. I'm waiting on new carpet in the new year, but I'm just so tempted to set everything up.
What has everyone else been up to.. Has anyone been shopping yet?
Has anyone taken Bump photos yet. I took mine the other day, so hopefully I will get them up here soon.
Anyway hope to hear from you april girlies soon.
Cheers,
Abby

Hey Abby, I had my 20 wk scan yesterday too! It was great. We're also having a surprise, but I came away wondering if the scan guy knows the sex!! Cos that's not fair! But I don't think he looked too much in that area...just took all the measurements etc which are fine.
Bubs is about a week bigger than expected, but it's all averages (plus has a tall daddy).
My bubs was well behaved too - great for getting all the measurements, and explains why me feeling kicks is still a very rare event...sleepy little bubba!! Long may it continue...

We are a pretty quiet bunch!
I've been busy "nesting" before I have to start back at work on Monday. Got the room painted, bought 2nd hand drawers which I've revarnished (well, should finish final coat tomorrow), just about to sew some curtains, cleaned the cot & bassinet up, sorted out all the junk that used to live in that room (well, SOME of the junk to be honest - got a pile still to sort). Have bought a few little bits so far - a frontpack, a bassinet mattress, put the pram on layby. And got a bunch of old baby stuff from my sis, which I will wash and sort once the "new" drawers are ready to go.
Things are going pretty well for me - just loving being off work and being able to do things or rest when needed. Haven't felt too tired or sick the whole time I've been off. Bubs is kicking pretty frequently these days, although still pretty faint when in some positions, which has given me a few moments panic... The belly's continuing to sprout & I'm not too sure what I'll be able to wear back at work - only been 3 weeks, but I think a few items will be too small now.
Phew! What a novel - must be making up for lost time!
Hope you other April mum's to be are going well!

Yup, that's me. Can't keep track of different names all over the place, so I'm littlejo most of the time!
I'm now slightly less "little" than I was a few months ago though...
Finished the curtains yesterday & put them up, so it really looks like a kids room now. We're just letting the walls dry a few extra days, and then will put up the wall stickers too. Got given some really cute animal ones too, as well as the Pooh ones we bought.

Funny though how everyone has different opinions on size. Last weekend, we spent Saturday night with people telling me how little I am, and then the next day being told how huge I've gotten... Can't win, aye?!
Had some pregnancy related fun and games yesterday - fainted on the train on the way to work. Everything's fine, and apparently it's quite common & nothing to worry about, but still not fun at the time.
Poor people on the train!!! Must have been quite a shock for them to see someone just fall off their seat & collapse on the floor!

I'm 23 weeks and not really showing all that much - over christmas i had people saying ' i thought you were pregnant' and one women even said i didn't look big enough and she hopes theres nothing wrong with the baby! Not really what I need to hear! Fair enough if it comes from a medical professional but not from complete strangers.
My midwife thinks babys doing great so i don't really care that much but it just annoyed me.
My husband and sil have been telling me how huge i look just to make me feel better

Hi Jen, I can't believe someone said that to you! But if all your measurements are fine that's great I carry quite small and the mw even sent me for growth scans last time, and then I had a baby 2 days early but bigger than average

Yeah she also said that i wasn't going to have a very big baby like her, but i don't think the size of your tummy generally reflects the size of the baby cos it depends on body shape and how you are carrying etc.
Yes i just try my best to ignore people like that

Hi there and congrats to all the expectant April Mums! I had my first on the 1st April, 2003 (10 days early yay!) It was a bit of a giggle going into labour on April fools day - my midwife and husband were joking all day that I was just tricking them - I wasn't laughing ha ha! My son really suit the fact that he was born on that day - to all you first time mums...it is worth it more than I can say. All the best for the next couple of months

Hi! Yep, we are a very quiet bunch!!
I don't think I have too much to report though - BIG swollen feet and ankles (but still normal blood pressure), BIG tummy (m/wife thinks I'm having a tall baby as DH is 6ft6). I thought I was doing well with no stretchmarks, but then discovered they are just hiding on my lower belly where I can't really see them right now. Hehehe.
Still got just over 3 weeks left at work, but SO ready for it to be over!! Hopefully I can hold out though - could use the $$$.
How's everyone else going??

Hi there everyone. I have only just started visiting the forums of this site and thought I would make myself known. I am due on April 14 and am looking forward to having our baby with us. I have had morning sickness really badly and constant nauseousness, and am now struggling with the pain in my ribs from where baby has its feet.
How is everyone else going?

Hi Jo, I have only recently joined too. I turn 25 in June after this little rascal is born and am due 2 days after you are. We dont know what our baby is although my husband is still not keen on this but with less then a month to go you think he would have adjusted.
I finished work last week and was hoping to be able to get some more sleep before baby comes but seem to have been sleeping worse since i finished.
How is everyone else coping?
I cant believe that it is almost April and we will start having our babies soon.

OK I cant believe that I am posting at this time of night but my little wriggly bum wont go back to sleep and I have been feeling really nauseated all day and it doesnt seem to want to go away.
Roll on baby arriving and then end of my nausea.
33 weeks is far too long in my opinion and it doesnt seem to be over yet
Why cant i just get some sleep. There does not seem to be a single position that I find comfortable anymore either. Anyone else with this problem?

I SO know how you feel. It takes me ages to get comfortable at night. On one side my leg aches, on the other side, my arm aches, on my back my tummy aches and sleeping on my stomach is out of the question now. I am also suffering from restless leg syndrome, so I need to move and kick my legs for hours on end. I also have this thing where I'll get a random itch somewhere that takes me at least five minutes to move into a position where I can reach it, then once I've scratched it, I get another itch somewhere else. The joys of being pregnant!!
I get nauseated during the day, especially if I'm in the car. Hope you get some sleep soon Skyflame. I think we're the only ones awake on here at this time of night!

And here I thought I was the only one up. Although I might go try sleep shortly and see how it goes. Worst part is I will probably get to sleep and then be woken up by the lovely leg cramps.

Just wondering how everyone is feeling and also where everyone is as you all seem to be very quiet.
I cant believe that it will be April next week and sooo much closer to our babies.
Where did the time go.

100th post. Wahoo. I have decided that even if the other April mums dont return I will keep posting in here to keep anyone who is interested updated.
I am really starting to get sick of being pregnant and cant wait to have baby in my arms by the end of the month. I have a midwife appointment tomorrow so we will get to here our baby's heart again. It is such a reassuring sound.
Since we dont know what we are having our baby is currently called 'Roo' and likes to bounce around alot. In fact is doing big wriggles at this very moment.

Hi Skyflame,
The other April mum's must be in the same place as the May mums these days! So maybe it is ok if we chat?
I have always felt torn about which thread I should be in anyway as my EDD by my radiologist and my dates is 28th April, but my midwife goes by 2nd May.
I have just finised work so tomorrow is my first official day of maternity leave. This means that we have around a month until our girl is due. I have my fingers crossed for April
I am starting to feel very sick of being pregnant, although I do love feeling Sam moving around in there. I can't really describe it, but just to know she is safe and happy is nice. Even if it is getting a little uncomfortable at times
I love that you call your baby Roo.......so cute. I have a friend due in June who calls hers Pickle. Cracks me up everytime I hear it!

Ooo, can I join in too?
The April and May mummies aren't quite as abundant as the June mums, and I don't really have anyone that is due at the same time as me. I seem to go through things three-four weeks before the June mums do.
Even though my LMP dates are the 24th of May, my scan dates are a week ahead of that, and frankly, I feel like I could go at anytime now.
So over being pregnant. Sick of having four trips to the toilet at night.

Yay, people to talk too A couple of my friends have just had babies in the past couple of weeks, so I am left by myself all pregnant! It sucks! They are all talking about the babies and I can't really contribute yet.
Here, here on the trips to the toilet thing! A couple of nights last week I was getting up to around 6-7 times! Honestly I would wake up look at the clock see only an hour had past and think that I couldn't seriously need to go again....but I was wrong! My darling daughter has the knack of pinpointing my bladder and bouncing on it. DH thinks she is probably going to have his sense of humour...sick!

I totally know what you mean on the trips to the bathroom thing, and also the struggle of trying to roll over and get out of bed to get there. I sometimes feel like a turtle stuck on its back when i try get up. Not that DH will let me sleep/lay on my back much due to something he read.
The humidity at the moment is really getting to me too and am finding it really hard to get a good nights sleep.
Am more then happy to have you both in this thread to talk to so I dont look like a complete loon talking to myself.
My LMP puts me at a due date of 21 April while scan is 14th. Really hoping for 14 but we will see how things go. I have been on leave for 2 weeks now and am starting to feel a wee bit isolated, although it feels like I am on holiday more then not going back for 12 months. Hasnt quite sunk in yet.
Opps sorry for long post

Date Posted: 01 April 2007 at 10:45pm
DH thinks watching me try and get out of bed is hilarious now. It is ridiculous! The turtle comparison is good though. That is exactly how I feel too!
I read that you shouldn't lie/sleep on your back, but my m/w said that your body will tell you if it is a problem. I haven't worried too much since any sleep is great these days!
I am so glad to hear it is not just me who's dates are all over the place, it is highly annoying though, as all my scans are reading as per my EDD, and yet my m/w still won't go by them! I don't want to argue about it with her though as she is really lovely, and figure I will worry about it if I go over my dates and induction becomes an issue.
I have had lots of comments from family/friends this weekend about not having work tomorrow. I still feel like I have to get up and go, it will take a while to sink in I think. So glad not to have to go though. Had definitley had enough by last Friday, especially the hour travel each way!

I feel like a turtle stuck on it's back too! Sometimes lying on my back is the most comfortable position to be in, then I have to find inventive ways of getting up again! I get frustrated that I have to get up so many times a night, cause I am suffering from restless leg syndrome and it takes FOREVER to get to sleep at night. I really commend the women who worked till late in their pregnancy. I lasted till 7 weeks (was temping as an office junior) then the job finished. I had bad morning sickess till 18 weeks, but after that in amongst my many complaints, I feel like I could have done something productive. Not now though as I am having to sleep till 11am-noon just to catch up on what I missed in the night. So I really commend the women who have other children at home too! I don't think I would cope.
I now understand why they say the last 8 weeks is the worst! I've got 7 and a half weeks left and that's more than enough.

Welcome faraway and hopefully you wont have to wait too long for your baby to arrive.
I know what you mean about loving the no travel to work thing. I used to travel 45 mins each way too and do crazy airport shift work hours, so am not missinbg that although am missing my workmates.
I am sooo tired at the moment I have not been sleeping too well for the last few nights as the cat has been noisy and she is under house arrest at the moment. Also hard to find a minute to myself due to in laws staying until wed. Looking forward to a nice quiet easter though, just as long as bubs doesnt decide then is a good time to make an appearance as my midwife is off from fri til tues and I havent even met the stand in midwife, arrrgggg (restricted by who is allowed to assist at waterford)
DH likes to laugh at me too when i get stuck on my back or on the floor or anywhere else for that matter. My inability to move easily is a constant source of amusement.
Anyone have anything interesting planned for easter?

My DP wanted to travel to Dargaville to see his Gran, because she really wanted to see us over easter, but it's such a long way (well, four hours) so I'm not sure we are going to make it.
My mum is in Sydney at the moment visiting my brother, and when she gets back she is going to organise a baby shower for me!! YAY
I want to give birth at Waterford, but then I kinda want to be at the hospital too. Haven't decided what I'm going to do there.
I hear you on the not sleeping thing. Although, I just woke up now..
|

I hate hospitals but wanted to be close enough in case there were any complications and Waterford looks really nice, now just have to hope there is space when i give birth.
We have been invited to an engagement party on sat but will have to see how well i sleep in the next few days as to whether I am up to it. I would like to go away and my parents invited us to go down to Whangamata with them, but am worried about going in to labour and having to come back through the gorge Cant imagine thaqt being a good thing.
Wow Dargaville would be a huge drive, if you do go make sure you stop and strech your legs lots on the way.

Hi Faraway, hope your labour starts soon :)
My SIL had her last baby at Waterford and said it was amazing. I am North of Auckland so my choices were Warkworth or Helensville, both of which are booked up solid around our due date. Have been tossing up whether to put our names down anyway, but don't want to be disappointed at the time. We are having the baby at the hospital anyway which is still a 40 minute drive from home, so I am almost in the mind that maybe I should just stay there. Don't know how much I am going to feel like driving for 40-60 minutes a few hours after giving birth
Got stuck on the floor last night and when I was trying to get up (very hard with the tops of my feet being so swollen too) had a seriously bad BHC. Managed to stress poor DH as it really hurt and the look on my face must have been priceless
We are having a quiet weekend for Easter. I am really looking forward to it. Last weekend was full on, I had my baby shower (which was awesome) but really tiring especially the day after finishing work.
Today I have been washing baby clothes...finally. I am getting quiet nesty at the moment. DH is getting a bit worried that I might go early - can't say I would mind that much though
Hopefully not too early, still yet to pack a bag for the hospital.
Off to ring the place we ordered the cot from now to see if it is ready yet. Getting a little stressed now although completely my own fault as it took me ages to get around to ording it
Sorry for the long post :)
How's everyone elses day going?
