With all foods that you suddenly aren't allowed to eat anymore, I have drawn a blank. Does anyone have any suggestions for healthy quick easy lunches you can make the night before to take to work.
Tin fish salads and sammies are appealing to me.

I'm lucky that I work from home so I have lunch here, but on the weekends I make quiche or vege bake, both would be ok to make the night before as long as you heat them to piping hot. Willie takes left overs from the night befores dinner which are also safe if heated to piping hot.

Or canned soup. Or those freezer meals you can buy and then microwave.

Or good old 2 minute noodles

I eat things like 2 minute noodles, tuna in springwater with fresh bread, fruit loaf toast, fruit salads, yogurts, museli bars etc etc.

Thanks for the suggestions, I honestly couldn't think of anything. So much easier to throw a piece of chicken or ham between two bits of bread.

If you are like me and like having a sandwich for lunch, here are a few suggestions:
- avocado, tomato, lettuce & cheese
- boiled egg, mustard, tomato & lettuce
- baba ghanouj (eggplant dip), gherkins, lettuce
- roasted capsicums, mozzarella cheese, tomato
- cheese & vegemite
- grilled eggplant and mozzarella on nice bread
- cooked mushrooms with melted cheese
- lemon & pepper flavour canned tuna mixed with shredded spring onion and a little basil pesto
I can keep going for ages - I LOVE sandwiches

If you cook the chicken then it should be ok. You could always put the chicken in a container and heat it at work and have a hot chicken sandwich.

I love the flavoured tins of tuna and salad - so yummy and it is healthy as you don't need a dressing for the salad as you have the flavour from the tuna.

I'm at home most days with my studies around lunchtime so I find it quite easy to have something for lunch - at the moment i'm eating lots of apples so i'm usually having them.
