Hey 
My wee boy LOVES smoked salmon, but I was wondering if I need to be careful about the amount he eats. I know too much tuna isn't a good thing (he doesn't like that though) but I'm not sure about salmon. Seriously, he'd eat a whole 200g pack if I let him!

A little bit each day should be fine. Its pretty salty though! I can only eat a small amount at a time lol! ------------- |

OMG I just thought smoked salmon was just that  No idea it was so salty  Just checked the packet
