Anyone got one or used one? Like/don't like, reasons?
I have a vibe which I'll still use the 2 seats, and for going for runs etc. But I like that the smart is smaller and lighter (for trips into shops etc), that the seat can face you and that it takes the peanut. But I don't know anyone who has one or has used one.

i will be buying the new smart in the few months when dd is ready to fit in it. i see the new one now faces you
i brought a peanut and used it on my dash ... if i was to use a peanut again i would go for the smart/peanut combo -- much smaller etc! (same reasons you say)

It didn't originally but does now A big selling point to me - I still seem to end up pushing the buggy with one hand to walk alongside ds so I can talk to him about what we're seeing when we walk, which is a right PITA!
Hmmm soooo tempting...$400 for a smart/peanut bundle from winkalotts...
ETA - I *think* it's an attachment you get to make the seat face you so might not be a new version of the buggy but an attachment you put on the original? Need to check this out, might pop into babycity today and have a play.

ETA: DD hates going in the pram now because she likes to look at me rather than everything else... I do carry her often but sometimes it's not possible and it's a lot easier with her in a pram! Am so keen now! Most prams that have this option are either expensive or quite bulky!

*like* I really wanted a P&T when I was UTD but opted for a cheaper stroller, big mistake! I ended up buying a P&T Sport when DD was 5 weeks old lol!

I went into babycity today to have a look at it, where the ladies totally annoyed me! They told me I shouldn't have my son (who is nearly 2) facing me because he needs to watch where he is going Whatever. Don't tell the hot, tired, pregnant woman what to do with her child. And then told me the seat facing you was for a newborn...well you definitely wouldn't be putting a newborn in that seat, it does recline further when facing you than when facing out but definitely not for a newborn!
Anyway. They didn't know the weight limit when facing you and couldn't find any information on it so said they'd email phil and teds for me and ring me to let me know.
They also said that if you want to use the peanut with it you have to buy it as a package not separately, because it has different attachments. I said so I couldn't use the same peanut on my smart and vibe? And she said no. This doesn't sound right to me so I'm going to email p&t myself and ask them.

I emailed them last night too asking about the peanut and had a response by this morning, good service! Anyway apparently the peanut for the smart will NOT fit the vibe, because of the width of the buggies. How annoying.

We have the smart, and LOVE it for malls/town trips, its not great (not designed) for hills/off road type stuff, but flat and smooth surfaces, its great! Nice and light, easy to put up and down, fits the isles of shops great, and is really maneuverable.
I also know someone else who has one and loves it too
