Yup, completely normal!
We were in Hong Kong when Ella was about that age and discovered she could scream for fun. We got all sorts of horrified looks from the locals when we were out. I think they thought we were torturing her, then they'd see her with this huge grin on her face and want to take pictures with her!

Olivia has just started doing it really loud and discovered that if I have wandered out of the room then when she screams I'll come back. 6am this morning she started screaming like a vulcher (CAAARR!! CAAARR!! CAAAR!!). I was so worried about what the neighbours might think that I went in to see her. There she was with her, fingers clasped - mid scream - half smile. What a devil!
