My boy for the past couple of weeks seems to be having a constant stomach ache, well not sure what it really is. He seems to poo about three or four times a day and it seems real runny every time. Sometimes it looks like a grey colour or very yellow. Not sure whats going on, could it be his formula? He is currently on Karicare AR formula, or could it be the tiny amount of fruit he is getting for his omeprazole? Or could it the be the higher dose of omeprazole?
And also, he has all of a sudden become very windy, when not that long ago he hardly ever had wind. Any suggestions what may be causing that?
Sorry if tmi?...

Its normal for little babies to have runny poo as their diet is just liquid, and formula can make their poo random colours.
My daughter was a reflux baby, she was on Losec but was breastfed with formula top ups, and we used a regular formula and I found the AR one a pain in the butt and she could barely get anything through the teat.
I would try a regular formula, we used S26(the normal one not AR or GOLD) see if that makes a difference and also try using gripe water and infacol I found these really helped for wind/tummy aches.

I agree on the anti reflux formula, I found Noah was worse on it. Maybe try a plain formula, ie not gold or reflux, whey based is easier for them to digest. I found Novalac was brilliant, its whey based and nice and light, not too pricy for the plain one. I have heard good things about S26 as well.
If you want to thicken the formula you could try giving him a little bit of the pears before every feed. My paed suggested we give solids before the feed to help keep it down and thats helping a lot. As L is younger than Noah maybe only use a little bit.
Also it may be worth getting him checked out for a milk intolerance, as that ended up being Noah's problem and your bub sounds similar to him.
For the wind try doing bicycle legs, and lifting his legs up and down at each nappy change, is supposed to get it all moving around.
