I think mine was ok. I would ring them and co mplain on Monday, they'll probably send you a new one. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

Got mine too... and noticed the ohbaby ad!! I love little treasures. I got really excited when it arrived. i've just renewed my subscription in september and they sent me a letter saying i'm due to receive the next mag nov/dec!!
what's up with that?? i've paid for sept/oct so i should get the mag...right?

I renewed mine at the show Jess, and I got mine yesterday in the post. So complain and tell them someone else that did these at the show has their mag in the post and see what you can get out of them. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

They're absolutely hopeless at replying to emails!
I got a subscription as a Mother's day pressie and then didn't receive the last issue. After 2 weeks and 2 emails chasing it up I rang and was told they had no record of my emails?!? They hadn't bounced back to me and I'd sent them using the link on their webpage. Anyway, they sent a replacement mag out to me within 2 days of my call, so you might be better contacting them that way. ------------- Mel, Mummy to E: 6, B: 4 and:

I got the magazine today x2 lol got 2 copies but i havent received the preggy mag they say they will send out and the first year baby book.... i only got some other baby book

They send you 2 mags with the first time you subscribe to the mag. Its only the first time so you can give it to some one else to get them to subscribe. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |
